A course for people with busy, working lives.
Delivered by Mindfulness at Work

What is the MiN Programme?

MiN is an award winning course which aims to enhance performance at work and improve health and wellbeing. It’s designed to make training easy and accessible for people with busy working lives and crowded diaries.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a way of being purposefully more aware in every moment. With mindfulness training, we learn to regulate attention, to focus on our experience as it occurs and respond rather than react. This state of calm, focus and clarity enables us to manage our distractions and make wise choices and positive change.

Benefits of the MiN Programme

The MiN programme has been delivered to many thousands of participants and proven to increase resilience, focus, clarity at work and provide tools to look after health and well being.

Participants find it a great way to learn techniques that enable them to have more physical and emotional resilience, to be more focused and effective, both in the workplace and beyond.

Through our training, participants learn simple, but life-enhancing, skills that help them to respond rather than react, and to maintain a balanced approach to life whilst under pressure.

The benefits of our training encompass five key concepts which help improve effectiveness and performance:

Enhanced ability to focus and manage distractions
Greater awareness of self and others
Wider perspective, increased clarity, innovation and problem solving
Physical and emotional resilience
Ability to flourish in all areas of life

The MiN Course

The course has been designed for people with busy working lives. By the end of the course, through attending the training and completing the suggested weekly home practice, reported results indicate that you will:

Understand what mindfulness is and how it works
Know how to practise mindfulness at work and at home (informal and formal practises)
Have developed your own strategies for fitting mindfulness practice sustainably into your daily routines
Have had practical experience of applying mindful attitudes and habits to life both at work and at home

What are people saying about The MiN Programme?

“We have always found everyone within the Mindfulness at Work to be of the highest professional standard, very experienced, understanding the genuine pressures of the business world from personal experience. The training works and reaps results for people personally, as well as for the firm.”
