What is the MiN Programme?

MiN is an award winning course which aims to enhance performance at work and improve health and wellbeing. It’s designed to make training easy and accessible for people with busy working lives and crowded diaries.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a way of being purposefully more aware in every moment. With mindfulness training, we learn to regulate attention, to focus on our experience as it occurs and respond rather than react. This state of calm, focus and clarity enables us to manage our distractions and make wise choices and positive change.

The MiN programme has been delivered to many thousands of participants and proven to increase resilience, focus, clarity at work and provide tools to look after health and well being.

Participants find it a great way to learn techniques that enable them to have more physical and emotional resilience, to be more focused and effective, both in the workplace and beyond.

Through our training, participants learn simple, but life-enhancing, skills that help them to respond rather than react, and to maintain a balanced approach to life whilst under pressure.

The MiN Course

The course has been designed for people with busy working lives. By the end of the course, through attending the training and completing the suggested weekly home practice, reported results indicate that you will:

Understand what mindfulness is and how it works
Know how to practise mindfulness at work and at home (informal and formal practises)
Have developed your own strategies for fitting mindfulness practice sustainably into your daily routines
Have had practical experience of applying mindful attitudes and habits to life both at work and at home

About Sarah Brimelow
‘MINDFULNESS IS NOW’ Trainer

Sarah has practised mindfulness professionally and personally for over 25 years and has used mindfulness approaches in management development, communications and well-being programme in the corporate and public sector. Sarah holds a Masters (MSc) in Human Resource Development and is a qualified Mindfulness teacher (Bangor University ) and Coach. She runs weekly mindfulness in the workplace sessions for the Ministry of Justice and is in demand as a mindfulness teacher both on open courses and residential retreat programmes.

Having held senior operational and management roles in national organisations and government bodies Sarah excels when working with organisations that value innovation and creativity and is recognised as a top coach, leadership and management training provider. She works nationally and internationally specialising in Mindfulness, Management and Leadership, Communications, Coaching and Facilitation.

She is a member of the Association of Coaching, a certified NLP Practitioner and holds both APMG PRINCE2 Practitioner and APM qualifications. She is also a qualified Cross Cultural Trainer and Executive Coach. Sarah is a volunteer Trainer with the Shannon Trust, working in prisons to train prisoners to teach other prisoners to improve their literacy and reading skills.

Sarah’s clients have included UNAIDS, the Ministry of Defence, several London Boroughs, Transport for London and the Ministry of Justice. Corporate clients include International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation and AFREN Mining and she is employed as a Corporate Associate with Hemsley Fraser, Tattersall Training and Triangle Consultancy.
