Drew has practised yoga for the last five years as a wonderful recovery tool in a busy sports schedule – he’s a passionate long distance runner, regularly plays five-a-side football and cycles in and out of London. He also enjoys singing and dancing and as an asthma sufferer is interested to learn more about the various effects breathing can have on the body and the mind. He’s excited to teach classes that will both be a physical work-out and a chance to explore the many effects yoga can have mentally.
