Pilates gives special knowledge of anatomy as well as stamina, strength and flexibility. Through the alignment, strengthening and breathing techniques it helps to stay focused, physically strong and correctly aligned preventing and curing injury.
Lisa retired from ballet after a 17 year career and decided to train to be a Pilates and ballet teacher as she understood the benefits that everyone can reap from its exercises and techniques. Pilates helps to keep you grounded, focused, fit, healthy, relaxed, recharged and flexible. Lisa recommends Pilates classes to men, women and children wanting to tone, strengthen and remain flexible, ensuring maximum whole body and mind results. Initially, working safely and gradually for ones needs and requirements.
Lisa has been teaching for 9 years in London, offering private 1:1 sessions, group mat work and Pilates equipment. She also teaches pre and postnatal Pilates and is doctor referred. Come and feel the benefits.
