Siobhán Kangataran is a trained life coach, as well as an author and founder of ToGetHer Further - where women help women to get further together, through community and coaching.
After studying law in Ireland, and working in the corporate world for over 15 years, Siobhán found herself in an extremely intense role on a prestigious property development in London. She soon realised she had become completely overwhelmed and anxious at work, paralysed by imposter syndrome and perfectionism. She gradually found her way out of this state of being and is determined that no other women should struggle in the same way she did.
Siobhán studied coaching at Birkbeck, University of London, and draws on psychodynamic influences to provide her therapeutic style of life coaching. She creates space for her clients to tune out the noise, distraction and stress of everyday life in order to return to what truly matters to them.
Siobhán is passionate about working with women who have found themselves lost along their career paths, wanting to find their way to a lighter, happier, more fulfilling life, but feel “ungrateful” because they think they “should” feel happy where they are. She particularly loves working with women who are ready to let go of the corporate world, and embrace a more creative career path.
You can read more of Siobhán's story in her first book, Finding My Way: Out of the darkness, into the light, available now on Amazon in Kindle and Paperback, or download a free sample here, where she shares her journey out of the world, inviting you to join her in exploration and reflection, in order to find your own way.
