The Light Centre runs regular Beginner Courses in YOGA, PILATES and MINDFULNESS between 6 and 9 weeks long, These courses are designed to help you to build an understanding of the general principles of the practice.

All our courses are suitable for absolute beginners or for those who want to return to the basics in order to revisit the foundation of their understanding.

There are limited places so early booking is essential.


The Light Centre hosts numerous Workshops throughout the year covering a variety of topics and interests. Examples include: YOGA, MINDFULNESS, MEDITATION, GONG SOUND BATH, PREGNANCY, FITNESS and many more.

These are a great opportunity to expand your knowledge in over a particular area or to learn something completely new.

Independent Workshops and courses hosted here at the Light Centre covering a variety of subjects; from Yoga, to Meditation, from Massage to Reiki. These are run independently from the Light Centre and you will need to book directly with organisers.
