About the class

Come and enjoy meditating in a lovely safe space with like-minded people.

We start with focus on the breath, relaxing each part of the body until a state of a deep relaxation is reached (blankets are provided and you are welcome to lie down if this feels right for you.) When centred and grounded we embark on an inner journey – a guided visualisation.

There are weekly life-affirming themes such as:

  • Self-love
  • Owning Your Power
  • Celebration of Your Uniqueness
  • Power of Appreciation
  • Trust
  • Joy
  • Freedom
  • Creativity and Abundance.

Whether you would like to just relax deeper and let go of the stress of the week or seek a deeper connection to your spiritual essence, you are warmly welcome to join us!

No previous experience with meditation is necessary and absolute beginners are welcome.

Jana is a Law of Attraction Coach, Meditation Teacher and Energy Healer. She is passionate about helping you to reconnect to your natural well-being, innate worthiness and positive mindset. Jana believes that there is greatness and unique gifts and talents within all of us and as we learn to follow our joy, they unfold in perfect ways.

Jana created the LOVING LIFE MEDITATION to support you on this inner journey and you are very welcome to join it at Light Centre Monument on Fridays 5:30 – 6:30pm.

Online bookings must be cancelled online up to 2 hours before the start of a class or this will be treated as a ‘no show’ or a ‘late cancel’.
