I started teaching Pilates 10 years ago and I am still amazed by all possibilities it creates. A Pilates studio has all the tools to guide the body to better strategies of movement. My background is in dance and Sport therapy (Bsc). I believe through a bespoke regular exercise program we can reconnect to the body, and move with better biomechanics, making every minute of the day part of your Pilates class.
Pilates is a wonderful practice to incorporate into your daily life whether you are a professional athlete recovering for an injury or you are just looking for an exercise routine to improve posture, the possibilities are limitless. In my classes you can expect to work hard, reconnect to your body and have fun.
