Hermione has been exploring Yoga in it’s many forms from physical to philosophical, for over 15 years. She views herself as life long student first and a teacher second.

Hermione’s classes mindfully build flowing, creative sequences from the ground up – always using vinyasa krama (steps) to ensure mixed levels and abilities are looked after. Hermione is a certified Prana Vinyasa® teacher so her classes are strongly influenced by Shiva Rea and the Prana Vinyasa system, the prana vayus, elements and chakras. She always hopes to weave philosophy and some of the deeper aspects of Yoga into her practices to help students dive deep within themselves and connect to the greater flow & pulse of life.

Hermione has also spent time working as a Yoga Therapist for children and adults with special needs and physical disabilities. This has encouraged her to make Yoga accessible and relevant to all. As well as a love for asana, her path towards Yoga also strongly involves philosophy, meditation and self study. She completed an Honours Degree in Religious Studies and was initiated in to the Himalayan Yoga Tradition of meditation and philosophy by Swami Nityamuktananda Saraswati.
