Jacob is a professional dancer, acrobat and movement coach. He fuses this mixed background with a training in yoga with Dan Peppiatt from Yoga Like Water, as well as Animal Flow.
He teaches the Thursday lunchtime yoga class at the Light Centre Monument. Expect a strong and dynamic practice, with a fluid and creative approach.
