Combining twenty years of Yoga teaching and Pilates gives Jen a unique style of teaching and choreography. With compassion and lightness, she encourages clients to work safe and deeply. Each class is a progression from the last. Try to commit to at least 8 sessions to embody Joseph Pilates’ “Principles of Movement”.
Not only did Jen do a BA Degree in movement, she trained in Rehab Pilates. She works on all equipment so if you have an alignment issue she can help you take the next step from your Physiotherapist.
