Laura has been practising Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for 15 years and teaching for 10. She leads the Thursday night Kundalini Class, creating a deeply relaxing space for you to wind down at the end of the week. The yoga is carefully chosen to help you destress and re-energise, the room is candle light and the gong is played at key points in the class to enable a deeper release of tension. Everyone is welcome in class regardless of experience, Laura explains the practise clearly so everyone is able to follow along.
