Loreta found yoga 12 years ago. Gradually it became her way of healing and growing and her life style. After 8 years of diligent regular practise with many great teachers she sought to deepen her knowledge by taking Yoga Teacher Training with Conrad Paul and Sujatha Menon. Later she studied with internationally renowned Doug Keller – Yoga Therapy, Judith Lasater -Restorative Yoga and Richard Freeman – Ashtanga Vinyasa. She is grateful to Amanda Wright, Norman Blair and Angelika Grohmann for inspiring and teaching her Yin Yoga and Meditation. Loreta is also certified in Holistic Massage, Ayurveda therapies and Reiki.
Extensive training and practice has allowed her to create her own style of teaching. She loves the art of sequencing, creating a well rounded balanced flow of yoga postures linked by the breath and emphasises relaxation. She teaches a mindful flow, combining Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Her classes build slowly and carefully towards the most advanced asana of the routine followed by cooling down and final guided relaxation with elements of Yoga Nidra. She invites her students to connect their mind and body through the breath and to practice awareness and mindfulness allowing them the space to experience asana on their own. Loreta aims to create a warm and relaxed environment where students can experience a sense of freedom, self-love and acceptance.
