Robyn discovered her passion for yoga whilst living in Sydney Australia. It was Power yoga, a strong dynamic and playful practice that first sparked her passion as well as its contrasting Yin yoga practice.

Robyn is 500HR YAP trained in Baptiste Style Power Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Myofascial Release & Kids Yoga. She enjoys incorporating her love of both the strong elements of the dynamic practice, with the balance of Yin, deep stretches and releasing qualities. To challenge, refresh and restore the body whilst building strength and flexibility.

Expect strong, unique flows, and juicy stretches with a light-hearted, playful vibe. Robyn loves being upside-down, as an ex-gymnast and gymnastics coach for over 10years she shares this by breaking down arm balances and more challenging poses, making them fun and accessible to all. Expect to sweat, flow, and play in her Vinyasa classes, as well as find release and grounding leaving you balanced and set for whatever lies ahead. Robyn’s passion is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for all levels and abilities so come ready to practice and have fun exploring both body and mind.
