A student of the art and science of Yoga since 2003, Youla offers a strong but accessible Vinyasa Flow practice with emphasis on alignment, conscious breathing and creative sequencing, providing a safe and nurturing space where students can develop an authentic and holistic practice. Her classes are infused with philosophy, pranayama, meditation and sound. Youla’s intention is to impart to her students the many benefits she has received through her own practice and studies.
Youla is certified with Yoga Alliance and completed her initial Teacher Training in the styles of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She has also undertaken training in Yin and restorative Yoga and is influenced by the Iyengar method and the science of Ayurveda. Youla is currently completing her advanced teacher training with leading Vinyasa Flow teacher and UK’s first PranaFlow Trainer, Alessandra Pecorrella of Aditya Yoga School, to whom she is extremely grateful. Youla is honoured to be currently serving as a mentor on the 20016-17 Aditya Yoga School 200-hour teacher training.
