Beth is a nutritional therapist & yoga teacher specialising in energy, stress management & inner & outer beauty.  Beth helps her clients achieve their optimum wellness goals via a combination of bespoke dietary & lifestyle advice, health coaching & stress regulating practices to support her clients achieve their wellness goals in an effective yet manageable way that works with their lifestyles.

Working in 10-12 week programmes ensures her clients are sufficiently supported with the correct skills & motivation to make sustainable & effective changes that can be carried with them for the foreseeable future.

All practitioners at the Light Centre are self-employed. When making bookings, customers are contracting with them directly and not with the Centre. As a result, practitioners manage their own diaries, so please book with them directly.
