You have a job with a title that impresses and which lets you live comfortably. Friends and colleagues often seek your advice. You want to make something of your life and make a difference to others. On the outside, you look like you have life sorted.
But, inside, it’s a different story. Self-doubt is gnawing at you. You lack the confidence to manage the increasing responsibility your job requires, leaving you feeling overwhelmed. While you enjoy the trappings your salary can afford you, it isn’t enough to make up for the feeling of unfulfillment. You worry that “any minute now” the world will find out that you really have no idea what you’re doing. You feel tired, stuck and anything but “sorted”.

Sarah thrives on helping others overcome problems so they can succeed. She has experience of working in various sectors, including Tech, Healthcare and Education. Her decision to train as a coach was made after her own experience of coaching helped her to achieve things she'd never thought possible, due to developing chronic pain and fatigue. The sense of reconnection to her self as a result of these achievements was so profound that she knew she wanted to put her psychological knowledge to use to help others feel the same. Her personal experience of achieving her goals in spite of self-doubt has lead her to specialise in this area. She also has lived experience as a woman with ADHD and is keen to support those who consider themselves neurodivergent.
"I came to Sarah with a heavy heart and a cloudy head. I expected a complex analysis of why I felt the way I did. Instead, Sarah drilled straight to the point. She gave me clear, simple and practical advice on how to change my life perspective. I had faith in the process and applied her guidance, every week. Do the same and you will notice a marked difference in your life. I learned to open up and connect to others, and that has opened doors." - Sally, London.
