Osteopathy is my life passion. The human body never ceases to fascinate me and I am lucky to be in a profession that continuously evolves with time and science.
My specialist Osteopathic skill is looking at the patient as a whole. Finding what is at the origin of your aches and pains, how your body has compensated and to treat accordingly and specifically.
My aim is for you to be able to understand the reasons behind your complaint so you can progress and improve more efficiently. I focus on your long-term well being as well as your short-term recovery. I work with the patient to achieve whatever goal they have whether it is pain relief, posture at the office or starting an exercise regime.
Since graduating from the European School of Osteopathy in 2009, I developed a wide range of treatment methods such as: trigger point and myofascial release, classical and visceral osteopathy and cranio-sacral therapy. I also completed a nutritional advice diploma to be able to help patients improve their health from the inside out.
I have always taken an interest in the treatment of newborns and mothers to be and continuously update my skills and knowledge by attending paediatric and pregnancy courses.
I works collaboratively with a team of therapists at London-Osteo to provide the best holistic care to my patients.
I am a registered member of the General Osteopathic council and the British Osteopathic Association and also with a few private health insurances such as WPA, Vitality, PruHealth, Cigna, Aviva and Simplyhealth.
