Elisabeth, a.k.a. Elli, has completed an impressive 200-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training program in Ubud, Bali, with the renowned Jo Phee and Joe Barnett. Both are the first generation of teachers trained by the founder of Yin Yoga, Paul Grilley. In addition, she has completed a 250-hour Flow Yoga Teacher Training in Buffalo, NY, USA, with the global Evolation program. Furthermore, she is registered with the Yoga Alliance – the official body of yoga.
Elisabeth’s Reiki journey started in Ubud, Bali, with the famous Shamanic Reiki Master teacher Devi Ma. Fascinated by the healing power of Reiki, she decided to become a Reiki Master Teacher herself. This is when she met Ness Di, her trainer, mentor and founder of Life Mastery Hub in London. Since then, Elisabeth has been giving Reiki treatments all over the world, in person and remotely.
Though before her enlightening journey, Elli experienced a severe burnout during her high demanding corporate job. It was then she discovered the power of yoga, and later Reiki. Both practices played a fundamental part in her recovery. Moreover, they have helped her in her self-development to overcome limiting beliefs, find herself once again and strengthen her mind. As a result, she felt more centered and filled with love.
It is her mission to help others lead better lives, avoid burnouts and help recover from depressive mindsets. Her yoga / Reiki sessions focus on reducing stress-levels and providing strong fluxes of groundedness.
Elisabeth is gifted beyond measure. Her ability to hold space and create an atmosphere for deep healing and transformation are like no other.
