Kieran has been working within healthcare for over 14 years where he has supported a balance of elite/amateur athletes from various sports and office based workers. This balance is reflected in his further training as an Ergonomics Work Station Assessor and a Sports Rehabilitator.
Being an Osteopathy Kieran is able to assess and diagnose a range of aches and pains throughout the body, whilst referring patients on to GPs and consultants as needed. Pain doesn’t mean just damage; it also can mean the brain is highlighting an area that isn’t functioning well and needs more support.
"Pain and its management starts off with prevention. Trying to keep our bodies moving and healthy can be tough; but it is important to find something enjoyable and consistent to do. If pain does appear trying to find the cause is more important than treating the sore area”.
Kieran grew up with a bike attached to one foot and a football to another. However, since moving to London he has been involved with a range of sports and is now focusing on the world of Triathlon, Climbing and Roller Derby.
All practitioners at the Light Centre are self-employed. When making bookings, customers are contracting with them directly and not with the Centre. As a result, practitioners manage their own diaries, so please book with them directly.
