Lucie Trinephi has 10 years experience. She has trained with eminent professors. She is versatile in many different styles of acupuncture, which gives her the ability to adapt the treatment to your condition and sensitivity. She practices Toyohari, the most gentle style of acupuncture for the more sensitive individuals, children and the elderly.  The knowledge and understanding she has learned over the years  are tools to establish the correct diagnosis and hence give appropriate treatment modalities to provide significant improvements.

She also specialises in Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture to help slow down the ageing process by promoting balance. This is a good maintenance therapy to improve general well-being, the face being the reflection of the internal condition.

For more chronic and stubborn condition, she offers herbal prescription to speed up recovery.

She has worked for Crime Reductions Initiatives dealing with homelessness and child abuse to support individuals with mental issues. She has had clinical experiences at the Pain Management Clinics of the Royal Free and Whittington hospitals where she perfected an understanding about the treatments of musculoskeletal pains.

The client’s welfare is Lucie’s main concern and objective. She focuses on a trusting relationship in order to provide genuine effective treatments. You will enjoy being cared for in a safe, clean, relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. She combines several treatment modalities depending on your condition (acupuncture, massage, moxa, cupping, guasha and herbs).

All practitioners at the Light Centre are self-employed. When making bookings, customers are contracting with them directly and not with the Centre. As a result, practitioners manage their own diaries, so please book with them directly.
