Medea is a yoga teacher devoted to developing her knowledge and teaching skills. She is qualified as a Pre& Postnatal Yoga Trainer. Recognising the increased demand for practices focused on back problems and pain, she decided to complete a course in Yoga Therapy with Back Problems. She is driven by a fascination for anatomy and the muscular system. She is qualified as an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist, training under the guidance of James Winstanley who, with his extensive medical knowledge received his training from Master Kusum Modak, the creator of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.
