A Nutritional Therapist with a passion for the influence nutrition and lifestyle choices have on one’s overall wellbeing – both mental and physical- Ryre is a firm believer in personalised healthcare. Using functional testing she investigates the underlying causes of various physiological imbalances, to understand where your body needs support to perform at its best.
With a previous degree in Psychology and Biochemistry she understands the body and mind are connected and therefore nutrition, movement, lifestyle strategies and stress resilience all play a role in improving well-being and performance in ALL areas of one’s life.
Ryre completed her Masters in Nutritional Therapy at CNELM, specialising in Chronic Illness, Sports, and Longevity.

A Nutrition Coach who educates, motivates and inspires you on all things food-related, Dana provides personalised nutrition solutions according to your symptoms, tastes and resources. Each consultation will empower you with the tools to optimise both your body and mind performance.
With a corporate background andmom of two young and fussy eaters, her interest in healthy-eating began over 15 years ago. This means she has many tools in her toolkit to help motivate and inspire you to achieve your and your family’s health goals.
Due to finish her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science this year, Dana is interested inunderstandingthe physiology behind why our bodies need nutrients and she educates you on how to get these into your diet. Her particular passion is gut health – because all health begins in the gut!
