Sally Thompson received her Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from Bristol University in 2005 and has over 15 years experience of working with clients. Sally is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and practices ‘person-centred therapy’ – a highly empathic, non judgemental form of counselling. She is a strong listener with the ability to help unravel personal issues at the individual’s own pace and ensures their safety is always paramount.
Sally has helped people with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, work related issues, relationships, bereavement, abuse, post traumatic stress disorder, long and short-term injuries, critical illness, fertility through to parenthood needs and many other presenting issues.
All practitioners at the Light Centre are self-employed. When making bookings, customers are contracting with them directly and not with the Centre. As a result, practitioners manage their own diaries, so please book with them directly.
