All the Yoga Classes, Courses and Workshops you’ll ever need
We offer around 30 Yoga classes a week at the Light Centre Monument. This includes an eclectic mix of classes from Hatha and Power/Vinyasa flow, to Restorative and Ashtanga styles, as well as a daily Mysore session from 6.30am to 9am every day. If you have never tried Yoga before, sign up to a Yoga Beginner Course. Our highly skilled teachers will give you hands on guidance, teaching you the basics you need to get started with your yoga practice, giving you the confidence to take part in most of our classes.
Workshops and Events
We also offer a wide range of Yoga Workshops, Training Courses and Events most weeks. Everything from learning to do Yoga Handstands to Yin Yoga by Candlelight to full Teacher Training courses and everything inbetween. Check out what’s on offer now.
As many of our classes can get very busy we always recommend pre-booking to reserve your spot. Please use the schedule below to book in. Alternatively, you can easily book via the Mind Body app Please note: Classes can be booked online up to 8 days in advance and up to 10 minutes before the start of a class. Online bookings must be cancelled online up to 2 hours before the start of a class or this will be treated as a ‘no show’ or a ‘late cancel’. You can use our Mindbody APP for quick and easy bookings and cancellations or by logging in to the Mindbody website.
Please remember to always check in with reception even if you've already booked online.

YOGA BEGINNER COURSES
Our beginner courses are weekly, hour long classes lasting 6 to 9 weeks and cost just £13 per week! They will give you a solid understanding and foundation to help you to develop your own confident practice.
